Where are you located?

We're at the corner of Alameda Ave and Main Street in Burbank, CA. We are diagonally across from the AAA, next to the Pavilions plaza.

How do I get started?

Have your doctor send a referral to us via fax or email. Our email is HiPAA-compliant! If you have an HMO plan your doctor will need to submit a request for authorization through your insurance portal. If you have questions about the process please call us at (818) 842-9277.

What IS pulmonary rehabilitation?

Pulmonary Rehabilitation in our Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) setting is comprised of respiratory, physical, and/or occupational therapies that work together to increase lung function, strengthen the body, and assist with difficulties surrounding Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Targeting these areas allows us to decrease your shortness of breath, increase your endurance, and help you maintain your independence - chronic lung disease can be managed and treated and many patients see improvements within the first 10 visits! When can I come?

Our appointment days and times are structured based on the type of therapy you need.

Generally speaking we do first appointments (evaluations) once or twice a week and we try to keep your waiting to a minimum; in the event that appointments are more than two weeks out, we're happy to add you to a wait list to be notified when we get no-shows or cancellations. For treatment visits, our first appointments are taken at 9am and last appointments are taken at 4pm.
